Fitness Rehab – 6-week class – Get ready for the Summer!

Start Date: March 28th-May 5th

Cost $225 (covers the 6-week program)

Weekly Group Meeting Times: Friday 7pm or Saturday 9am

Choose from a wide variety of class times! Monday – Thursday 4am, 5am, 6am, 7am and 5pm, 6pm, 7pm


Fitness Bootcamp

Each  and every workout here at Mr. Rodgers Personal Training combines elements of high-intensity interval training, exercise sacking as well as active rest periods giving you the best possible workouts and twice the fat burning effort of any other exercise program! Best of all each and every training session is high energy and coached by our certified personal training team to keep you accountable, motivated and on track for your fitness goals.

Package A: 6 month $100 a month eft
Package B: 3 month $110 a month eft
Classes hours: Mon-Thurs 4am, 5am, 6am, 7am and 5pm, 6pm, 7pm


1-on-1 Training

Get a program tailored specifically for you and your unique goals with 1-on-1 personal training! Our team of certified personal trainers will customize a plan tailored to your body, fitness level and personal goals. This means more efficient workouts and quicker results! You will get one hour with a personal trainer, with the gym all to yourself. Meal plan is included with Package A or B.

Package A: 3 Days a week $300 a month
Package B: 2 Days a week $200 a month
Package C: 1 Day  a week $100 a month


Ab Transformation

Get a program tailored specifically for you and your unique goals with 1-on-1 personal training! Our team of certified personal trainers will customize a plan tailored to your body, fitness level and personal habits. Nothing but core work 45 minutes devoted to flattening and sculpting the midsection. We are going to hit obliques, posture muscles of the mid- and lower back, and of course that 6 Pack! Expect to be a little sore, because it’s gonna hurt so good!

She Camp

A unique high energy/no impact fitness class that combines bar work and light weights with continual fat burning motion. Our workouts include body toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body.

Class time: Sat 8am

Cost $10 (per class)
